Benedicto Marinas is a chef, writer, researcher, photographer and world traveler. He was born in the Philippines and began his educational journey at the University of the East in Manila. Over the years, he has received education on cooking, journalism, design and photography at various institutions throughout the world, including the Atlantic Culinary Academy Culinary Institute of America, The New Orleans School of Cooking, Parsons School of Design, Universite De Reims (France), University of Adelaide (Australia). Benedicto will go to great lengths to find the perfect meal, stopping along the way to help those who struggle with food insecurity and malnutrition.
